Musicians form Ukraine, drummers from Ireland, a quitar player Robert Pieculewicz and organ-grinder Tomasz Sylwestrzak will add splendour to this year's edition of TrotuArt. For children, though, the main attraction are giant, colourful dragons, which visit £ód¼ during that time.

The II International Festival of Street Theatre "TrotuArt 2007"
It all began in accordance with a famous Hitchcock rule, a heavy accent first and then the tension was only increasing. The vice-president of £ód¼ Mr Marek Michalik solemnly cut the ribbon and then the great festival parade set off down Piotrkowska Street. In the company of two dragons of ours, stilt walkers, clowns and the orchestra, crowds of people were becoming the audience. Yet, the real hit of the festival was the Irish band of drum masters-Torann. They arrived, drummed and enchanted the £ód¼ audience! On the Manufaktura market Niunia the lovely dragoness received the tributes of admirers. No wonder that the dragons from Cracow courted her with such an enthusiasm! The market was bursting at the seams under pressure of four dragons and countless small and big dragons' lovers. We received plenty of thanks from the people of our city grateful for the opportunity they had- to experience so many high, live, wonderful artistic impressions. These warm words are to us the greatest joy and encouragement to start working on the next year Festival's edition. Welcome!

The 1st International Festival of Street Theatre "TrotuArt 2006"
The first edition of the Festival, first thrill and first emotions - all unfortunately already behind us. On Sunday evening the last spectacle of The 1st Int. Fest. of S .T. completed the Festival. During the two Festival days five thousand people watched fourteen street shows. The youngest viewers preferred "The Fight of Dragons" in particular which was performed on The Old Market by our Theatre. Two flying dragons that for this very spectacle came to our city straight from The Dragon Land- Cracow, were prepared to fight. The gossip is that they arrived to our Niunia lured by her famous and everlasting beauty (She won the Most Beautiful Dragon Competition in Cracow). The Street Theatre audience was very patient and tireless as they followed the paths of street shows just like pilgrims from one place to another.
